We are switching the ownership of healthcare from the employer to the employee. We believe a person or family can best decide which healthcare insurance is best for them. We believe money provided by the employer for healthcare should allow the person who earned it to spend it how they want.
Previously, employer based healthcare meant that you had to choose for ALL your employees the type of health benefits package with a one size fits all approach. As is becoming more apparent, this model is not sustainable for the employer and is not desirable for the employee. Employees and families have different needs. Healthcare should not be chosen by anyone but the end user.
